Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website at neuroorionaro79nexiuus.media and our meal kit delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Reside in a delivery area serviced by NeuroOrion Cuisine
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Meal Kit Subscription

Subscription Model

NeuroOrion Cuisine operates on a subscription basis. When you sign up for our service, you agree to receive weekly meal kit deliveries according to your selected plan until you cancel or pause your subscription.

Billing and Payment

You agree to pay all subscription fees and charges incurred in connection with your account. Payments are processed automatically on a weekly basis using the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to current subscribers.

Modification and Cancellation

You may modify your meal selections, skip deliveries, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, you must make changes before the weekly cutoff time (Thursday at 11:59 PM EST).

Delivery and Acceptance

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to select areas in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, and Alberta. Delivery availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify our delivery areas at any time.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as missing or damaged items, you must report them within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team. We will address legitimate concerns with replacements, credits, or refunds at our discretion.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your computer or device
• Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate, current, and complete account information
• Promptly updating your account information as needed

Intellectual Property

The NeuroOrion Cuisine name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of NeuroOrion Cuisine or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Prohibited Uses

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to use our website:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, or local law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate NeuroOrion Cuisine, a NeuroOrion Cuisine employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website, or which may harm NeuroOrion Cuisine or users of the website

Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or our website will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will NeuroOrion Cuisine, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the website, any websites linked to it, any content on the website or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NeuroOrion Cuisine, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
